## Job description

Establish robust forecasts by utilizing statistical tools, working with account executives and account managers.

### Custom Clearance Creation
- Generate custom clearance documents for orders originating from the Netherlands and destined for the United Kingdom.

### Prioritization of Clearance
- Assess and prioritize custom clearance based on shipment urgency (speed shipments vs. normal shipments).

### Documentation Management
- Coordinate with vendors and the export team to share custom documents within defined timelines.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.

### Daily Tracker Updates
- Update and maintain a daily tracker with detailed information regarding shipment statuses and clearance progress.

### Document Control
- Upload all relevant documentation to SharePoint or similar platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility for stakeholders.

### Portal Management
- Manage custom clearance processes on portals specific to non-EU affiliate orders, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

### Key Interfaces

Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
