## Job description
- People ZBB Track HR ZBB Packages and Entity Performance through financial analysis and forecast development, identifying risks and opportunities to foster efficient cost management.
- HR Accounts Closing Track HR accounts closing, executing provisions, apportionments and reclassifications, ensuring plan execution in complicance with the KHC's accounting policy.
- People Analytics Monitor HR KPIs through the analysis and dashboards development, as well as ensuring data accuracy, aiming efficiency gain in HR processes and routines and focusing on continuous improvement.
- People AOP Operationalize HR packages and entity AOP process for Brazil and HQ - LATAM markets through data modeling in official systems, providing visibility of the process status for stakeholders through material development and participating in Checkpoints for official alignments.
