## Job description

Employees may work weekends and holidays. Able to safely and effectively operate power tools, hands tools, and electrical/instrument test equipment. Previous experience in manufacturing environment and/or as an automotive technician a plus. Able to follow directions and ability to perform tasks safely from start to finish with minimal supervision Exercises good judgment and decision-making skills, bringing up to the supervisor any issues outside of his/her scope of responsibility and control.

Able to work flexible schedules when needed. Able to use a computer. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to safely work at heights. Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy. Able to understand & follow instructions, excellent oral & written communication skills. Execution of basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, inspection, lubricating, and adjusting.

Operation of equipment to optimize quality and productivity, make adjustments, and complete changeovers. Completing preventative maintenance by developing, updating, and executing the process. Equipment overhaul, modifications and installations. Ensure all products being produced meet quality specifications. Responsible for wearing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), compliance of safety training, policy and procedures and report any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management
