## Job description

Marketing & Category/Brand Strategy Develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategy for assigned categories/brands; define positioning, growth drivers, and portfolio priorities. Ensure concepts, claims, and consumer communication are consistent and market appropriate. Ensure consistency across touchpoints and brand guidelines. Ensure a clear QA process and checkpoints are defined for key deliverables (assets, packaging/artwork inputs, digital content, trade materials).

Support cross-functional alignment (Legal/Regulatory/Comms/Sales) to resolve issues and prevent rework. Develop and plan the annual marketing budget aligned with overall business objectives, growth targets, and strategic priorities. Lead the annual commercial/marketing plan aligned to category/brand strategy and business targets. Align stakeholders to keep plans current and ensure NPD/activation plans deliver against priorities Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team; set objectives and ensure clear ownership and accountability.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or equivalent Must have 10+ years of experience in FMCG marketing roles Experience in the food (or Food & Beverage) industry is preferred. 3+ years of experience leading teams Business-level Korean and English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and shopper behavior
- Proven ability to lead new product development projects Literate in 3rd party market data as well as in internal financial reporting
- Excellent presentation and excel skills Thorough understanding of business principles and practices Problem-solving skills Integrity; honesty; understanding of data privacy standards Strategic-thinker, capable of combining everyday activities with long-term plans Multi-cultural mindset, ideally affinity with Korean culture Superior attention to detail Planning skills
