## Job description

Manage and coordinate the company's financial function, including general accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet the company's business requirements.
- Ensure AI Finance deliverables are scalable, controlled, and aligned with enterprise data, governance, and operational expectations
- Build strong relationships across Global Finance, GCC, technology teams, and business partners to resolve issues, align dependencies, and accelerate delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; 10+ years of experience in FP&A with relevant exposure to Finance Transformation and Technology projects; Proven experience of overseeing large analytics teams and developing people leaders and analysts; Good knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and modern self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, LLM); Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.); Professional finance designation (FPCA, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Finance would be an asset; Relevant background developed in CPG industry; Finance and FP&A expertise Leadership of complex teams Cross-functional stakeholder management Execution within a global operating model Finance transformation leadership AI, automation, and digital enablement acumen Strategic prioritization and problem-solving Communication, influence, and talent development
