## Job description

Manage and coordinate the company's financial function, including general accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll, in accordance with corporate policies and procedures to meet the company's business requirements.

### Sales finance partnering

Support Sales and Commercial teams as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing clear analysis, insights, and recommendations.

### Planning and performance

Support planning, forecasting, AOP, target setting, and performance tracking across markets and customers.

### Commercial support

Evaluate growth opportunities, customer and channel performance, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and revenue initiatives.

### Financial analysis

Analyse P&L performance, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to support fact-based decisions.

### Regional focus

Bring structure, financial discipline, and business understanding to a complex five-market Nordics region.

### People leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 employees.

### Collaboration

Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a high-performing Finance community.

Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Relevant experience in sales finance, commercial finance, finance business partnering, FP&A, controlling, or a similar finance role, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced international environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders Good understanding of P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial drivers Curious, proactive, and business-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems, BI tools, or data visualisation tools is a plus Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage
- Ability to simplify: You find simple solutions to complex challenges.
