## Job description
- Lead ideation on price, promotion, pack price architecture, portfolio assortment, and Trade Terms to maximize revenue growth Responsible for tools & capability building for cross function and lead revenue growth agenda
- Own the 3-year RGM roadmap and lead the operationalization of Year 1 initiatives
- Collect, analyze data and translate into compelling business presentations for senior stakeholders Minimum 6 years' experience in Revenue Growth Management role (Commercial acumen exposure) from FMCG industry.
- Strong presentation skill, data analytic/statistic background, business acumen Advanced Excel & PowerPoint required
- Knowledge in Nielsen, Kantar and Tableau will be an advantage Deep understanding of P&L, pricing strategy, and trade investment
- Proven ability to influence and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Category teams
