## Job description
- Build and strengthen relationships with key retail customers and senior stakeholders A Master's degree Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English
- 7+ years of proven experience in the Belux Retail channel
- Strong leadership experience, including team management and people development
- Solid experience managing key retail customers in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
- Proven experience in complex negotiations and buying group management A strong track record of delivering business growth and leading with ownership Experience working cross-functionally on large-scale commercial or marketing initiatives The confidence to operate autonomously in a visible leadership role You are a strong communicator who can influence across all levels You simplify complexity and turn strategy into action You have sharp commercial instinct and a clear focus on results You combine analytical strength with practical decision-making You lead with energy, ownership and accountability You build strong internal and external relationships with ease You balance ambition with collaboration and empathy
