## Job description

Provide analyses and insights to management. Advise and help management to make informed decisions and drive strategy.
- Manage and develop one Senior Analyst — set priorities, maintain output quality standards, run structured reviews, and build a team member who grows in both technical and finance domain depth
- Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards supporting FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics — you are hands-on in the build, not just a coordinator of your team's work
- Support month-end close and forecast cycle deliverables for both FP&A and Commercial Finance — the GCC team is part of the close process, not a back-office support function that gets involved after the fact
