## Job description

### Accrual management

Make sure the Balance sheet accruals are sufficient, and the P&L is showing the correct costs. Provide insights in all investments, e.g. potential over or under accruals.

### Trade Investment invoice management

Customer invoices should be approved, validated & reconciled against the correct accruals. Incorrect invoices should be highly visible, and the cash needs to be recovered Pricing management: Make sure all customer agreements are reflected in our system and invoice our customers with the correct prices.

### Pricing dispute management

Increase the invoice accuracy by understanding and solving root causes, adding controls and changing processes Working capital management: Reduce the overdue invoices, bring initiatives to lower the AR Balance and have the correct bad debt provision for the AR balance Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (achieved or close to be achieved) Professional fluency English and Italian Good command of MS office, especially Excel and Power Point Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
