## Job description

Evaluate Employee Relations on macro and micro level to identify any trends and regularly train managers and team leaders on applicable processes and communication channels. ​​10+ years of dynamic Human Resource experience, including 5+ years in an HR business partnership-oriented role for executive leaders. ​Proven experience in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that drive business results. ​Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably in the food industry. ​Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. ​Strong strategic mindset and ability to both develop long term strategy and translate into short-term action plans ​Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ​Influencing/aligning strategy around talent capability and behaviors. ​Ability to analyze complex HR data and develop insights to inform business decisions. ​Strong business acumen. ​Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.​
