## Job description

High school diploma or equivalent is required. History of safe work practices. Prior experience in a production food manufacturing environment is required. Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a consistent basis. Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards. Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score
- Understand and Administer Company Policy and Procedures fairly and consistently.
- Be a role model by following all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Employee Development Activities (employee recognition, employee coaching, employee motivation, training, interviewing, and hiring).
- Effectively communicate verbally and in written format.
- Conducts meetings.
- Effectively guides conflict resolution.

May include- but isn't limited to: Follows all food safety requirements in collaboration with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and other plant resources. Leads and/or assists others in conducting investigations to determine the cause of defects. Monitors and is responsible for quality output and takes appropriate actions to ensure production is right the first time. Validates and ensures formulations are accurate and in conformance with process flow.
