## Job description
- Drive the direct retail business in Denmark, with full P&L ownership, delivering results to achieve AOP and strategic long and short term plans and targets Lead Joint Business Planning, target setting, forecasting, innovation, pricing, promotion strategy & plan, negotiations, and manage customer relations across the Danish business Navigate Denmark's highly complex retail landscape of 20+ customers and banners, with strong capabilities in all 4Ps and especially in promo strategy, planning and execution given the high promotional pressure in the market
- Lead, coach and develop a small local team, including 2 direct reports
- Act as a sparrings partner to the Head of Retail Nordics as well as the other local teams Academic Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree considered as a plus)
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, within FMCG, ideally including full P&L responsibility
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in building customer relationships, ideally with major retail accounts Leadership capabilities, with experience developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Solid working knowledge of category, finance, supply and marketing to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience managing complex, high-growth markets with a large and diverse customer base Fluent in Danish and English Can-do mentality: You work pro-actively, solution-oriented and get things done.
