If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a dynamic international company, this is the role for you. ### Your role at KONE Emergency support (Callout) Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details. Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators. Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations. ### Customer requests (Inbound) Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA. Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information.
