[Apply on Kone’s careers site →](https://kone.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/Careers/job/Warsaw/Talent-Acquisition-Specialist---Eastern-Europe---Mediterranean--maternity-cover---k-m-nb-_R0664963) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Kone](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/kone/) / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (maternity cover) (k/m/nb) ## Job description Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (maternity cover) We are looking for a new team member to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region, with primary focus on Poland (and supporting Ukraine) depending on business need, they may also support other countries within EEM. ### What you can expect - Managing recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue-collar, specialist, managerial and director-level) - Handling the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies - Supporting and developing employer branding initiatives within the region· Working closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience - Building talent pools for business-critical positions· Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging for candidates - Utilizing external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to identify and attract top talent - Collaborating with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs, and promoting KONE among young talents - Participating in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes Your ideal qualifications: - Experience in independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels (both white and blue-collar roles) ### Fluent in 2 languages - Polish and English. - Ukrainian language skills are considered an advantage - Experience in the technical industry· Good analytical and decision-making skills - Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms - A proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset is essential - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset What we offer: - Hybrid working model - Opportunity to work for a global technology leader with a long-standing tradition - Career development and growth opportunities within Talent Acquisition and beyond - Modern working tools and a supportive team environment - Competitive benefits package, including wellness programs, life insurance, and more How to apply Click Apply now to submit your CV, or contact us for a confidential discussion about your career opportunities at KONE: katalin.nagy@kone.com At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
