KBS Europe is built on skilled, motivated professionals who work together to deliver high‑impact results and support KONE’s ambition to be the easiest company to work with and work for. ### Purpose of the role The KBS Europe S2C Lead is accountable for setting and delivering the S2C transformation agenda across Europe, creating measurable value for Europe Area through stronger performance, scalability, quality, automation, and business partnering. This role provides the leadership capacity and strategic direction needed to standardize operations, accelerate global initiative deployment, and turn transformation priorities into tangible improvements for Frontlines and KONE’s European business. ### Main Responsibilities Own end-to-end S2C operational performance across Europe, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality, productivity, and capacity management across Frontlines Define and lead the S2C transformation roadmap, with clear priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes in productivity, quality, automation adoption, service performance, and customer experience. Translate KONE and Europe Area priorities into an actionable S2C agenda, ensuring that transformation initiatives are connected to business impact, operational scalability, and value creation for Frontlines. Establish and track transformation value cases, ensuring benefits are visible, measurable, and delivered through improved cost efficiency, capacity release, process standardization, quality, and business satisfaction. Strengthen governance with Frontlines and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, priorities, and required business support. Lead, coach, and develop the S2C Europe leadership team, strengthening leadership capacity and creating a high-performing organization with clear accountability. What would you need to be successful in this role? 10+ years of leadership experience in S2C, customer service or related operations, ideally in an international matrix or GBS environment. Proven ability to lead large-scale operational teams, manage performance at scale, and build clear accountability across multiple countries or Frontlines. Proven transformation leadership experience, including ownership of roadmaps, benefit cases, execution discipline, and measurable delivery of productivity, quality, automation, or service improvements. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to anticipate Europe Area needs, shape priorities, influence stakeholders, and convert opportunities into measurable value for KONE. Ability to connect global initiatives, Europe Area business priorities, and operational execution into a clear S2C transformation roadmap with defined outcomes, ownership, and benefit tracking. University degree (preferably in Business Administration). Excellent spoken and written English. What KONE has to offer?
