Op zoek naar een zeer gevarieerde functie? Heb je een affiniteit met de technische sector? Ja? Dan is de functie als Project Administrator jouw volgende uitdaging. ### Verantwoordelijkheden Als project administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van A tot Z van installatieprojecten binnen jouw regio. Je staat in nauw contact met de werfleiders om alles in goede banen te leiden. ### Een grip uit jouw takenpakket Je registreert en controleert de bestellingen. Hierbij controleer je oa klantengegevens, contractuele voorwaarden, betalingsvoorwaarden alvorens de bestelling in SAP te registreren. Je maakt inkooporders aan voor onderaannemers in functie van je bestellingen Je houdt een overzicht over de mijlpalen van de projecten eveneens cost forecasting Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de wettelijke verplichtingen mbt Checkin@work. Je bied allround ondersteuning aan jouw vaste werfleiders. ### Bijvoorbeeld bijbestellingen, veiligheidsdossier, bekomen keuringsverslagen Ook de facturatie, eventueel via vorderingsstaat, van jouw dossiers behoort tot je takenpakket Je communiceert ook rechtstreeks, telefonisch en per mail, met jouw klanten. Profiel Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in een gevarieerde administratieve rol waar je zelf prioriteiten moest stellen. Jouw glas is steeds halfvol, nooit halfleeg. Voor elk probleem is een oplossing en je vind deze ook. Je kan je vlot uitdrukken zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Frans en het Nederlands. Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel & Word Eerste kennismaking met SAP is een pluspunt. Wat bieden we aan?
