## Job description

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti Teší vás byť odborníkom na danú problematiku a rovnocenným partnerom pre našich zákazníkov najmä z radov developerov, architektov a generálnych zhotoviteľov? Chcete sa podieľať na zlepšovaní prepravy ľudí v moderných budovách? Potom máme ponuku práve pre vás. Čo budete predovšetkým robiť:
- Navrhovať pre zákazníkov tie najlepšie riešenia (spolupráca s developermi, architektami a spoločníkmi vlastníkov bytov)
- Spolupodieľanie sa na modernizácii komerčných budov (hotely, administratívne budovy, nákupné centrá)
- Práca so zmluvami- revízia zmlúv, návrhy zmluvných podmienok, zapracovanie obchodných a platobných podmienok
- Vyjednávať s generálnymi dodávateľmi
- Riadiť predajný proces od samého začiatku
- Spolupracovať s technickým oddelením pri tvorbe návrhov zákazníckych riešení - Vyhľadávať nové obchodné príležitosti, ďalej sa vzdelávať a odborne rásť At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
