This position supports production efficiency and equipment quality by performing mechanical tasks with precision and safety and operational standards. ### Key Job Responsibilities Disassemble AC/DC motors including taping holes and cleaning - Remove all bearings and sleeves Run VIP furnace Sandblast parts for assembly Flush water jackets Press shafts into armatures Prep motor assembly with necessary parts Paint motors - Perform other assignments as directed by departmental supervision Obey all safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards Qualifications/Requirements - Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment Mechanical experience - Must be able to work any shift including overtime and weekends Additional Information COLLABORATION Working together with one or more people to complete a project or task or develop ideas or processes.
