If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you! ### What We Offer Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience. ### Comprehensive Benefits Access to health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy. ### Retirement Plans Participate in our 401(k) plan with company match to secure your financial future. ### Paid Time Off Generous paid time off to relax and recharge. ### Training and Development Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. ### Safety Programs Commitment to a safe working environment with ongoing safety training. ### Tool Allowance Receive a tool allowance to ensure you have the best equipment for the job. ### Work-Life Balance Flexible schedules to help you balance work and personal life ### Key Job Responsibilities Timely Repairs: Complete assigned jobs within flat rate times to keep operations running smoothly. ### Safety Compliance Adhere to KEC/Customer safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. ### Documentation Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation. ### Regulation Adherence Follow contamination control and HAZMAT regulations meticulously. ### Technical Tasks Perform parts removal/installation, component assembly/disassembly, and testing with precision. ### Customer Interaction Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and trust. ### Problem Solving Diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend effective repairs. ### Quality Assurance Ensure the correct operation of all repairs to maintain high standards. ### Failure Analysis Apply failure analysis techniques for accurate diagnosis and repair. ### Qualifications/Requirements Education High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent preferred. ### Experience Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent. ### Flexibility Ability to work various schedules to meet operational needs. ### Additional Information Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Certified to operate a forklift and/or manlift; may need to complete a DOT physical; MSHA certification required; respirator certification may be needed. ### Tooling Basic mechanics tools as per Komatsu’s technician tool list. ### Policies and Procedures Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. ### Work Environment Be prepared to work in varying conditions, including exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and occasional extreme elements.
