You are able to showcase a hands-on approach both in terms of digital tools and systems but also in terms of presence during events and campaigns. Your role will also be to support the center team in reaching the main KPI´s, which include to drive footfall and sales to the shopping center. You are also proactive in generating increased revenue for the shopping center through specialty leasing activities. ### RESPONSIBILITIES Your areas of responsibility will include: - Full ownership of the execution of the planned marketing campaigns and events together with central marketing team and external agencies. TO be executed together with center coordinator. Split of responsibilities to be determined on site together with shopping center manager. Develop and support on specialty leasing activities through a proactive approach. Have a commercial mindset and investigate new ways of generating revenue. Write texts for web, social media and newsletters Be main point of contact for the loyalty program and drive recruitment and activations for members Content plan and content for website, loyalty app, and social media with practical information, campaign and event information and competitions together with center coordinator. Creation and sending of newsletters to be handled together with center coordinator. Split of responsibilities to be determined on site together with shopping center manager Be the “face” of marketing in the center and have a positive and proactive dialogue with tenants in the shopping center to inform about marketing activities and motive and engage tenants to be involved in campaigns and events. Weekly contact with agencies to secure knowledge-sharing and follow-up on planned campaigns - Handle payment of invoices related to marketing activities in SAP Prepare and monitor marketing budget Analyzing and reporting on marketing activities and event together with central marketing - Support the shopping center manager and contribute to developing the attractiveness and profitability of the shopping center Booking media according to set media plan with agencies in framework Managing content plan for digital and social media Creating content for digital and social media ### WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally, you will have a Bachelor degree in in marketing, communication, or related field, or a related field. You have previous experience as a marketing Officer or a similar role.
