In this role you will lead and manage all spare parts warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and distribution of parts to support exceptional customer service and business performance. The role is accountable for delivering high levels of operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, quality and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, performance management and continuous improvement initiatives. The post holder will drive a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence, using data and performance metrics to provide business insights to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks and support informed decision-making. The role will lead and implement change management activities across all warehouse operations, ensuring processes, systems and ways of working evolve to meet business demands, improve productivity and support strategic growth objectives. In addition, the position is responsible for developing high-performing teams, embedding best practice, ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset that delivers sustainable operational improvements and measurable business value. ### We offer At Linde Material Handling, we believe in rewarding our people.
