The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $66,400-$99,600 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. ### Tasks and Qualifications This is What You Will do in This Role: Serve as key knowledge source of North America cash flow and net working capital (NWC), owning the budget/ forecast process and delivering reporting and variance analysis with thoughtful insights. Compile monthly cash disbursement forecast s and analyze historical forecast performance against actual results. - Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputs - Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery - Provide financial business partner support to HR and Facilities teams Add further value to the f inance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc. Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities Work on special project and improvement teams as needed. Support Finance’s intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern. ### What We are Looking For Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 3-5 years of r elevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or public accounting experience. Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow (direct and indirect) Strong communication skills, with high level of integrity and a detail orientated mindset. Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving. Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP, Oracle or AI is an advantage.
