This role provides hands-on exposure to process documentation, capacity analysis, SAP routings, Lean Manufacturing, equipment improvements, and technical problem-solving. Create and maintain process documentation, including process flow charts, PFMEA/AMEF, visual aids, and controlled work instructions. Support the design and implementation of poka-yokes, fixtures, and production tools, considering ergonomics and operator safety. Assist with assembly line capacity analysis and production requirement reviews. Maintain manufacturing routing information and provide data for SAP updates. Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery KPIs. Track CAPA activities and follow up on open corrective and preventive actions. Update assembly layouts based on production changes and process improvements. Help identify design and process issues on the production floor and support the implementation of solutions. Follow EH&S policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards. Support Indirect Purchasing with quotations, expense tracking, and purchase order follow-up. Provide technical support to production teams and assist with basic troubleshooting activities. Participate in training programs and support knowledge-sharing activities. ### What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a similar role. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Basic knowledge of PLC programming; experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens is preferred. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Basic understanding of electrical concepts and industrial equipment. Familiarity with PFMEA/AMEF, process flows, work instructions, poka-yokes, or CAPA activities. SAP or ERP experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced English proficiency is required.
