This position may perform other duties as assigned. ### What You Need Education - High School Diploma or GED Equivalency Required Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers - Must pass and complete Safety training/certification as required by customers to work in their facilities and as required by Kinder Morgan at all locations - Must obtain and/or meet all requirements to enter foreign trade zones; such as background checks by both the U.S. Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security, i.e. obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed PC literacy and software navigation skills in a window-based environment are essential - Must be able to effectively communicate verbally with all levels of management Preferred Qualifications: Previous chemical, refining or terminal experience is preferred Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in outdoors environmentMust be willing to work overtime with little or no notice during the week, weekends, holidays, etc as dictated by operations - Ability to work rotating shifts, including day, night, weekends and holidays In order to perform the essential duties, regular work attendance is required - Must be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rules.
