## Job description

"Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BTL initiatives, corporate events, experiential marketing projects, and sponsorship activations. Develop creative activation concepts aligned with Kia’s brand and business objectives. Coordinate agencies, suppliers, production partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, negotiations, approvals, operational risks, and on-site activities."
