## Job description

Manages the daily operations of Kia’s Dealer Marketing Groups (DMG) as well as the coordination and development of market-by-market promotions and event marketing affecting dealer operations. Position is responsible for supervising the strategic planning/development and implementation process for all DMG and market-by-market marketing activities as well as managing the DMG/Individual Dealer Advertising Support (DAS) budgets.

Serves as the primary liaison for dealers, regions and national sales department for regional marketing requests. Position is responsible for managing and directing personnel associated with DMG/DAS functions.
