## Job description

Track industry developments impacting Kia sales and propose action plans, and predict automotive market trends and their impact on Kia. Create trim- and model-specific strategies for sales improvement, identify and develop micro markets, and monitor market developments to propose strategies covering the 4Ps. Make the Sales Business Plan and support the ROs in developing their business plans, analyse internal sales trends to explore opportunities in new customer segments, and suggest product pricing, feature and positioning strategies to achieve set goals.
