## Job description

### Accessory Sales

Achieve aggressive accessory sales targets by communicating month-wise and region-wise wholesale and retail targets to the field, ensuring wholesale orders are placed in the system as per targets, and checking low-performing dealers (about 500 dealers in total) every day to identify the bottom ASMs. Hold review meetings with ASMs and dealers, coordinate with 90+ ASMs on payment and fund availability, and follow up with dealers on payments and limit enhancements.

Review low-performing regions and dealers weekly, prepare and implement improvement action plans, and report on improvements.

### Merchandise Sales

Achieve the annual merchandise sales target by communicating region-wise and month-wise targets, ensuring orders, fund availability and dispatches as planned, reviewing low-performing dealers and ASMs weekly, and implementing action plans and the SOP for showing retail in DMS.

### SOP Adherence at dealerships / Field coordination

Finalize manpower requirements for all dealerships, monitor attrition, coordinate dealer training, maintain standardized display norms, promote online sales and new sales avenues, activate new dealers, handle dealer queries and customer complaints, and give timely feedback to the Mobis team on accessory quality.
