## Job description

The Manufacturing Engineer for New Project Implementation is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of manufacturing processes for new product introductions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure that new products are efficiently designed for manufacturability and aligned with production capabilities. The engineer will conduct feasibility studies, develop process flow diagrams, and establish work instructions.

This position also requires direct involvement in troubleshooting production issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
