## Job description

### Job Description
- 建立以數據分析為核心的數位客群經營與成效管理機制，規劃關鍵指標（KPI）與分析框架，定期追蹤營運成效，提供洞察與改善建議。
- 分析數位客群行為、輪廓與價值貢獻，建立客群分層與分眾模型，發掘客戶需求與行為趨勢，支援客群經營策略制定及營運決策。
- 依據客群分析結果支援行銷與業務推廣規劃，運用數據分析評估客群行銷推廣成效，與行銷團隊協作透過實驗設計（如 A/B Testing）與數據驗證，持續優化客戶觸及、互動及轉換表現。
- 整合並分析數位服務行為數據、客戶回饋及營運資訊進行質化與量化分析，辨識使用者旅程中的關鍵影響因素與優化機會，發掘客戶成長機會與潛在商機，並與體驗經營團隊合作推動改善方案。 【 需求條件 】

### 專業經驗
- 3~5年客群分析或數據分析經驗，具備客群分眾、行為分析、成效監測及數據洞察能力。能以數據支持客戶經營及營運決策。具數位行銷分析經驗者尤佳。

### 數據分析能力
- 熟悉 GA（Google Analytics）或 AA（Adobe Analytics）分析應用，具備數位行為分析、數據驗證、漏斗分析及客戶旅程診斷能力。具備 SQL 資料萃取、資料處理及分析實務經驗者優先。
- 具備優秀的簡報製作、獨立分析與建議報告撰寫與跨部門溝通協調的能力。
- 具備高抗壓性、邏輯清晰，並擁有良好的團隊合作精神。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
