### Job Description
- 市場洞察與商機發掘 -深入研究銀行、保險、電支、電商產業市場動態，掌握國內外金融創新趨勢。 -透過競爭分析與數據洞察，識別並評估高潛力商業機會。
- 新商業模式規劃與推動 -設計並評估創新業務模式與服務流程，確保落地執行的可行性與競爭優勢。 -評估資源投入、協作方式、法規適配性等關鍵要素，制定可持續發展的策略。
- 解決方案設計與簡報提案 -分析企業客戶的共同需求與痛點，打造專業的市場策略與企劃方案。 -內部團隊溝通協調，負責 Pitch Deck & Sales Kits 內容協作。
- 異業合作與業務拓展 -負責 B2B 異業合作洽談，拓展並建立策略合作夥伴關係。 -進行業務拜訪與合作促成，推動跨產業合作專案落地執行。
- 策略夥伴關係管理與深耕 -積極維護與經營既有策略夥伴關係，確保合作雙方持續共創價值。 -定期執行 QBR（季度商業回顧）與年度檢視，確保業務成長與市場競爭力。 資格條件 1.5-10年證券、銀行、支付或金融科技產業商務開發或通路拓展經驗，含2年以上帶隊或主導1-3個跨部門/跨平台專案成功上線並產生實績的經驗。 2.熟悉行動 App 服務，對數位金融科技應用充滿創新與熱情。 3.具市場與競品分析能力，擅長邏輯推理，能拆解複雜問題並提出具體建議。 4.對數據與市場趨勢高度敏銳，能夠從數據中發掘潛在商業機會並制定策略。 5.具備出色的商業談判、溝通與協作能力，能適應快速變動的市場環境，並高效推動專案進展。
- 熟悉簡報製作與提案，具備優異的溝通協調與公眾演說能力，能有效推動商業決策 。 Education – Degree / Field of Study 學士/Bachelor Degree Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
