## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 創業及產業投資/Venture Capital Job Description 本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities) 開發由創新基金部所管理基金之相關案源 與日本團隊合作進行投資案件之評估以及報告撰寫 參與投資戶之投後管理包括參與投資戶董事會及股東會等相關會議並撰寫相關報告、維護投資戶之經營現況報告、定期進行投資戶評價作業等 參與支援創新基金部之各類新創活動 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)

### 學歷 (education)

碩士(含以上); 財經系所，有理工背景佳 工作經驗 (work experience): 企業融資業務經驗10年以上 專業能力 (professional capabilities): 具財務報表分析能力、產業研究相關知識 專業證照 (professional license): 具CFA、高級業務員相關證照者尤佳 語言能力 (language): 精通 中、日、英 語 其他 (others): 善於溝通、學習能力佳、主動積極、具團隊精神 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
