## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 財務/Finance (Job Family) Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 透過系統性的資訊蒐集、彙整與分析，協助產出各式投資管理表報，包含 on-Balance Sheet investments 以及外籌管理基金，以提供高階主管、跨部門、及前台業務單位了解業務營運狀況、投資個案績效表現、以及年度目標追蹤管理。 本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities) 即時及正確產出各式投資業務管理表報 配合財務資訊管理人員進行資料庫維運，確保資訊保存及處理邏輯符合管理目的 與財會及評價管理同仁，或業務AO維持密切溝通，掌握投資個案發展進度及評價變動影響原因 協助投資業務單位完成年度預算編制與KPI目標設定、達成追蹤 支援部門內非例行性作業需求 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education):大學(含以上)商學相關科系 工作經驗 (work experience):財務分析/績效管理業務經驗3年以上；具資料庫維運或於金融業/私募股權/創投產業經驗更佳 專業能力 (professional capabilities):熟稔Excel, PowerPoint, Word等工具 專業證照 (professional license): 語言能力 (language):具英文聽寫能力 其他 (others):良好的溝通及積極、團隊合作態度 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
