## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 首長幕僚/Executive Assistant Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 本職位旨在推動組織邁向 AI 原生（AI-native）運作模式，協助將分散且仰賴人力的工作流程、業務痛點與管理目標，轉化為可落地、可規模化且可持續優化的 AI 應用需求與專案執行計畫。 此角色將作為業務流程與 AI 技術之間的橋樑，透過需求訪談、流程梳理、專案管理與利害關係人溝通，協調內外部資源，推動 AI PoC 與正式導入。 最終，協助組織將新興生成式 AI 技術應用於投資管理、營運流程、知識管理與決策支援等場景，逐步建立可持續累積的智慧體系，使 AI 成為日常營運核心能力，提升組織效率、決策品質與創新動能。 本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

### AI暨數位轉型需求訪談與流程梳理

主導需求訪談與需求分析，釐清業務與營運流程中的痛點、使用情境與目標效益，並轉化為清楚、可執行的 AI 應用需求。

### AI 專案管理與落地執行

撰寫需求文件、流程文件、驗收標準、專案簡報與管理報告，並推動 AI PoC、試辦案及正式導入，管理專案範疇、時程、風險、議題與成果追蹤。

### 跨部門溝通與利害關係人管理

擔任業務、技術、治理與管理層之間的溝通橋樑，協調內外部資源，推動需求對齊、議題釐清與決策落地。

### AI 解決方案與合作夥伴評估

了解生成式 AI、LLM、Agentic AI、RAG、流程自動化等新興技術趨勢，協助評估內外部 AI 解決方案、供應商能力與合作模式。

### AI 治理規範執行

依循並執行既有 AI 治理相關規範，包含資料使用、權限管理、模型風險控管、合規檢核與導入流程，確保 AI 專案符合組織要求。 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 2 年以上專案管理、商業需求分析、數位轉型、系統導入、顧問或相關工作經驗 具備需求訪談、流程梳理、問題釐清與文件撰寫能力 具備專案管理能力，能管理時程、範疇、議題、風險與執行成果 具備良好的跨部門溝通與利害關係人管理能力 了解 AI、LLM、 Agentic AI或流程自動化等基本概念 具 PE / VC、投資管理、顧問、金融科技、數位轉型或企業營運專案經驗 具 AI 應用、數據產品規劃、系統導入或流程自動化專案經驗 具生成式 AI、LLM、Agent、RAG 或 AI Workflow 相關應用經驗 熟悉 AI 治理、資料治理、模型風險管理、法遵、資安或個資保護相關要求 具備 PMP、Scrum或 AI / Data 相關證照 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
