Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 業務銷售-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_SS_RB) Job Description （一）專業諮詢與方案設計 主導高資產客戶之 稅務規劃、信託架構、家族資產傳承、不動產配置 等整合式解決方案 針對企業主、家族辦公室、第二代接班人，提供長期顧問式諮詢 參與重大案件陪訪與關鍵客戶決策溝通 （二）跨專業整合與外部合作 整合內部單位（私銀、法遵、信託、OBU、投資、保險）資源 建立並管理外部專家網絡（會計師、律師、不動產顧問、家族治理顧問等） 確保所有方案符合 法規、稅務與風險控管 要求 （三）團隊管理與人才培育 帶領專業諮詢團隊（稅務／信託／不動產背景） 設計標準化諮詢流程與案例庫（Best Practice） 培育理專與RM之高資產議題專業能力（陪談、訓練、案例分享） （四）制度與服務模式建構 建立高資產客群分級服務與專業諮詢介入機制 協助私銀業務策略、產品設計與高資產方案優化 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
