### Job Description 貸款產品規劃

產品營運、績效管理 銷售名單規劃與執行 專案規劃與執行管理 數位服務流程規劃: 規劃各項功能UI/UX，並與IT溝通開發及營運 擬定數位流程整體業務策略、數字目標、執行步驟並有效執行達成業務目標 分析各項回饋數據，並持續優化服務 商業分析: 以數據為本，發展商業解決方案，並發掘創新機會 縱向與橫向溝通，確保方案確實執行 根據觀察結果，持續提出改善建議 需求條件: 具產品行銷資料分析、銷售資料分析、業務績效分析等相關經驗(不限金融產品) 具相關統計分析軟體(SQL、SAS、R、Python)應用能力尤佳 具獨立作業、執行、研究、簡報能力，善於跨部門溝通協調 具有貸款產品、電話行銷通路管理、商業分析、數位功能開發等相關經驗尤佳。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
