## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 數據整合/Data & Analytics (Job Family) Job Description 【工作內容】
- 參與生成式 AI、LLM、RAG、AI Agent 等企業 AI 應用之研究、PoC 與開發。
- 設計及開發 AI Agent、AI Workflow、企業知識問答及其他 LLM-based Applications。
- 串接 LLM、企業內部資料與系統 API，將 AI 能力整合至實際業務流程。
- 參與 GCP、Azure、AWS 等 Cloud AI Service 的技術評估、開發與導入。
- 與 Data Scientist、BA / Solution Analyst 合作，將 Business Use Case 轉化為可落地的 AI Solution。
- 參與 AI Application 從 Prototype、PoC、Pilot 到 Production 的開發與優化。
- 評估與研究新興 AI 技術、Framework 與工具，並透過實際 Use Case 驗證其企業應用價值。
- 建立可重複使用的 AI Components、Skills、Agent、API 或開發框架，逐步累積團隊 AI Engineering Capability。 【資格條件】
- 資訊工程、資訊管理、資料科學、人工智慧或相關領域背景
- 具3年以上金融業經驗(保險尤佳)
- 熟悉SQL、具 Python 程式開發能力
- 具 LLM 、 Generative AI 、 RAG 、 AI Agent 或相關 AI Application 開發經驗
- 對 Cloud AI 、 Enterprise AI Application 與新興 AI 技術具有高度興趣
- 具問題分析與自主學習能力，能快速理解及驗證新的 AI 技術 7. (加分) Azure OpenAI / Azure AI、 Google Vertex AI 、 AWS Bedrock 等 Cloud AI Service 經驗 8. (加分) Docker、 Container 、 CI/CD 或 Cloud Deployment 經驗 9. (加分) MCP、 Tool Calling 、 Function Calling 或 Multi-Agent Application 經驗 Education – Degree / Field of Study 碩士/Master Degree (必要)、 學士/Bachelor Degree (必要) Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
