## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 數位創新/Digital and Innovation (Job Family) Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 本職位將協助團隊進行市場研究、金融科技趨勢分析及創新專案推動，涵蓋數位資產、RWA、Agentic AI等新興金融領域。透過蒐集市場資訊、分析國內外案例、支援PoC（Proof of Concept）及跨單位創新專案執行，共同探索未來金融服務發展機會與創新應用場景。 本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

### 金融科技與新興金融資料研究
- * 蒐集並整理全球Fintech、數位資產及創新金融發展趨勢； * 協助整理市場案例、競爭動態及監理政策資訊； * 協助撰寫產業研究、案例分析、專案報告 * 支援新產品/服務或應用場景之基礎資料蒐集與初步分析

### 創新金融專案支援
- * 協助集團級創新專案之資料整理及進度追蹤 * 協助準備專案會議資料、會議記錄及待辦事項追蹤 * 參與新產品/服務/應用場景之討論，並協助整理會議重點

### 跨單位溝通與專案協作
- * 協助與子公司、內部單位及合作夥伴進行資料彙整與文件準備 * 參與跨部門會議，協助追蹤議題及後續待辦事項 * 支援專案相關簡報、報告及內部溝通文件製作 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education):學士以上學歷。資訊工程、商管、金融科技、法律等相關科系尤佳。 工作經驗 (work experience):三年以上金融、科技、顧問、FinTech、新創、數位轉型、產品企劃或專案執行相關經驗者。

### 專業能力 (professional capabilities)

基本資料蒐集、整理與分析能力 良好的簡報與溝通能力 基本專案支援與進度追蹤能力 加分條件 (Preferred Qualifications)： 曾參與金融科技、數位轉型、產品、專案或研究分析相關實習/工作經驗。具市場資料整理、案例分析、簡報製作或專案支援經驗。具AI、區塊鏈、數位資產、RWA、支付、財富管理或金融創新應用領域相關實習/工作經驗。

### 具英文資料蒐集、產業報告閱讀或研究整理經驗 語言能力 (language)

具英文閱讀及商務溝通能力。

### 其他 (others)

對新金融技術保持好奇、能理解技術背後的商業價值並願意主動推動讓事情發生。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
