## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 數位創新/Digital and Innovation (Job Family)

### 策略領導
- 制定並推動與公司業務及數位轉型相符的長期資料科學發展藍圖。

### 模型開發與創新
- 主導開發各類高階分析模型，例如核保、保單中止預測、詐欺偵測、行銷優化與業務員績效評分。

### AI ／機器學習導入
- 引導生成式 AI 及機器學習技術應用於客服（如智慧客服、自然語言處理）、理賠自動化與個人化保險商品推薦等場景。

### 資料與人工智慧治理與倫理
- 確保模型合規、資料隱私及公平性，符合台灣法規（如金管會指引、保險業自律規範）與公司內部規範。

### 跨部門協作
- 與核保、商品、行銷、客戶體驗、資訊等團隊密切合作，發掘高價值的資料應用場景。

### 團隊領導
- 建構並培育資料科學家、機器學習工程師與資料分析師組成的高效能團隊。

### 平台與工具規劃
- 提供技術方向與決策建議，例如數據湖、大數據平台、 MLOps 、自動化建模流程、雲端 AI 平台（如 AWS/GCP/Azure ）。 Education – Degree / Field of Study 碩士/Master Degree Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 免打卡 (Taiwan)
