## Job description

Job Family 數位創新/Digital and Innovation (Job Family) Job Description 職務說明 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 本職位的目的為偕同子公司推動集團Web3相關業務發展，包含研究分析、主管機關任務小組、專案形成與發展、策略擬定與推動。 本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities) 協助集團及子公司推動Web3相關業務，包括區塊鏈應用、加密資產、智能合約等技術發展。 主導或參與主管機關任務小組，負責項目研究、政策分析、技術評估。 策劃及推動新專案形成與發展，建議並執行業務策略。 維護與集團、子公司的橫向協作，協調合作夥伴資源整合。

### 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education)

大學以上學歷，資訊工程、商管、金融科技、法律等相關科系尤佳。

### 工作經驗 (work experience)

工作年資8年以上，其中包含2年以上Web3、區塊鏈、FinTech或科技/顧問產業相關專案經驗，具備跨部門專案推動及溝通協調經驗者優先。

### 專業能力 (professional capabilities)

熟悉Web3技術架構與產業趨勢，如區塊鏈、DeFi、NFT等。 具備政策研究、產業分析能力，能撰寫專業簡報或報告。 具備策略規劃與執行能力，能獨立推動專案進展。 熟悉主管機關相關規範及法令尤佳。具備區塊鏈、金融科技、專案管理（如PMP）、資訊安全、法律等相關證照尤佳。

### 專業證照 (professional license)

非必要，若有區塊鏈、Web3相關國內外認證尤佳 語言能力 (language): 英文溝通及簡報能力良好，足以應付國際合作與資料研讀。

### 其他 (others)

對Web3、區塊鏈、創新金融科技有高度興趣與熱誠。具備快速學習新知及問題解決能力。具備高度責任感與自我要求。 10 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
