## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 總務/General Affairs Job Description 本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責
- 督導辦理辦公室裝修、資產管理相關業務，與大樓物管服務中心溝通協調，並綜理協同集團各子公司辦公室物管及費用分攤相關業務。
- 督導IP 電話系統、智能會議室設備、會議室及停車位預約系統管理。
- 督導駐警、保全管理、安全維護、門禁管理及監視管理，副中控室管理。
- 督導公務車、停車位、駕駛員管理及公區、辦公區清潔作業管理。
- 年度預算編列。

### 基本條件及能力要求 學歷 (education)

大學（含）以上 工作經驗 (work experience): 10年以上總務行政擔任主管經驗、5年以上採購經驗。 8年以上營繕裝修工程及專案規劃執行、費用分攤經驗。 金融機構營繕、資產管理經驗5年以上。 5年以上尾牙、春酒、公益..等大型活動規畫執行經驗。 規劃與溝通能力佳。 專業能力 (professional capabilities):熟悉Excel、Word、PowerPoint 專業證照 (professional license): 甲種職業安全衛生業務主管證照佳 語言能力 (language):英文聽、說、寫中等以上為佳 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
