### Job Description
- 策略夥伴關係維護與深化 -積極維護與經營既有策略夥伴關係，確保合作雙方持續共創價值。 -定期執行 QBR（季度商業回顧）與年度檢視，確保業務成長與市場競爭力。
- 規劃與推動跨業客戶導流行銷策略，提升用戶滲透率與優化體驗 -制定與執行跨業行銷與經營策略，確保與公司整體目標一致 。 -監控通路營運績效，分析用戶行為與合作成效，提出優化建議。
- 專案管理與跨部門協作 -領導或協調專案團隊，掌握時程、資源與風險，確保專案如期完成。 -與產品、技術、法遵、法務、財務部門協作，確保專案落地並符合法規要求。
- 市場洞察與商機發掘 -關注市場趨勢，監測競業合作模式與行銷策略，提出差異化策略。 -用戶投資行為研究，透過數據驅動提出具體促動計劃。 資格條件 1.5年以上金融業通路獲客行銷營運經驗，曾主導或參與大型跨平台合作專案。 2. 熟悉金融商品與用戶行為分析，具備營運績效管理與行銷活動執行能力。 3.擅長營運績效數據分析並能夠提出改善計畫。 4. 熟悉數位平台API串接、用戶導流、數據交換等技術合作模式。
- 積極主動、具策略思維與執行力，能在多變環境推動目標達成。 Education – Degree / Field of Study 學士/Bachelor Degree Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
