### Job Family 績效管理/Performance Management Job Description 工作內容說明
- 執行與協助規劃年度預算編列作業。
- 定期編製績效管理報表及同業分析報告等。
- 每月營業費用實際與預算執行分析及預算動支管控。
- 專案規劃與執行。
- 其他主管交辦事項。

### 薪資待遇

面議（經常性薪資達5萬元或以上） 職務屬性：全職 工作地點：台北市松山區敦化北路135號3~7樓 管理責任：NA 是否出差：無須出差 上班時段：日班 休假制度：依公司規定 可上班日期：不限 需求人數：1 ~ 1 條件要求 工作經驗：5年以上工作經驗 語言條件(外語)：不拘 擅長工具：不拘 工作技能：不拘 其他工作條件限制：
- 擅長邏輯分析數字分析，學習能力強
- 熟悉電腦操作和文書處理，如EXCEL/Power Point運用
- 樂於團隊合作，擅人際溝通協調，抗壓性強，責任心強且主動積極
- 具金融保險相關產業或會計師事務所工作經驗者佳 Education – Degree / Field of Study 學士/Bachelor Degree︰ 會計及金融 Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
