## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 資訊/Information Technology (Job Family) Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 驅動公司金融業務的創新和發展，透過識別、規劃和導入AI解決方案，提升金融服務效率、風險管理能力和客戶體驗，同時推動集團AI創新應用並提升組織AI知識與技能。 本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

### 數位策略規劃與發展
- 基於公司AI發展戰略，制定AI技術應用策略和發展藍圖。深入研究金融科技趨勢，識別潛在的AI應用場景，評估技術可行性和商業價值，並推動AI技術在金融業務中的落地應用。

### 數位需求洽談與分析
- 與業務單位密切合作，收集和分析AI應用需求，並協調AI研發技術人員進行技術可行性評估，確保AI解決方案符合業務需求。

### 數位解決方案評估與設計
- 設計和實施數位解決方案，含AI專案PoC、採購或導入各面向評估，並確保與現有金融系統的無縫集成。包括參與模型選擇、資料準備、模型訓練和部署等環節，並與技術團隊緊密合作，確保AI解決方案符合組織發展需求。

### 數位專案管理與治理
- 負責數位專案的整體規劃、執行和監控，包括建立和管理產品待辦事項、專案計畫制定、進度追蹤及風險評估、法遵及資安審查專案相關文件之準備等。同時，積極推廣AI相關技術至子公司，安排教育訓練，提升集團AI知識與素養，促進AI技術在集團內的普及應用。連結內部5. 需求與外部合作資源，有效整合資源以利專案推行。

### 數位效益評估與優化

對已導入的AI應用進行效益評估，分析AI應用帶來的商業價值和投資回報率，並持續優化AI應用服務的效能和效益。

### 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education)

資訊工程、電腦科學、數據科學、人工智慧或相關領域大學以上學歷。

### 工作經驗 (work experience)

金融業或科技業10年以上工作經驗。 5年以上系統分析或專案管理工作經驗。 2年以上AI相關領域工作經驗，具備AI專案管理經驗者尤佳。

### 專業能力 (professional capabilities)

熟悉 Scrum運作框架，並具備敏捷開發實踐經驗。 具有至少一種生成式 AI 模型的應用經驗，例如 GPT、Gemini、Claude、Llama 等。 具備至少一種雲端平台和服務經驗，例如 AWS、Azure 或 GCP。 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能積極推動專案進展。

### 專業證照 (professional license)

非必要，但若有以下項目將是加分的選項：如Azure AI practitioner、Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer、AWS Certified Machine Learning等 語言能力 (language): 良好的英語讀寫能力，能夠閱讀技術文件。

### 其他 (others)

優秀的問題解決能力和創新思維。 良好的團隊合作精神和溝通能力。 對AI科技充滿熱情，並願意持續學習和提升自我。 11 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
