### Job Description

AI治理相關作業執行，包含制定並落實銀行內部的AI治理框架與風險控管流程並規劃教育訓練等 客戶數據平台管理，功能優化評估與成效追蹤，作為業務端與技術端之間的橋樑 評估潛在的外部數據、AI技術等之合作夥伴，負責合作洽談、需求溝通規劃及落地推進 負責AI與數據相關專案之規劃與執行，協調內外部資源，確保專案如期完成 其他主管交辦事項 需求條件: 大學以上畢，企業管理 / 財務金融 /資訊管理/ 法律相關科系 具金控、銀行相關經驗2~5年以上尤佳 具備良好時間管理能力，可同時處理多項任務 優秀的溝通協調能力，細心、負責，可獨立完成任務 具備簡報能力 加分條件: 有AI/數據治理或金融監理經驗 熟悉金融業(銀行/保險/證券)運作 有專案管理經驗(如Scrum、PMP) Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
