## Job description

### 專案計劃
- 制定專案計劃，確定專案的目標、範圍、時程和預算等，並制定相應的策略和計劃，組建和管理專案團隊，確保專案交付的品質符合要求。

### 風險管理
- 識別和評估專案中的風險，制定相應的風險應對措施，監控和控制風險的發生和影響。

### 進度管理
- 監控專案的進度，確保專案按照計劃和時間表進行，並及時調整和處理進度延誤的問題。

### 資源管理
- 管理專案所需的人力、物力和財力資源，確保資源的合理分配和有效利用。並監控專案的費用和預算，控制成本，確保專案在預算範圍內完成。

### 溝通協調
- 與專案利害關係人及專案成員保持順暢之溝通，促進團隊合作和溝通。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
