## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 業務支援-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_SP_RB) Job Description 規劃並推動Karry數位客群經營模式、平台發展策略及跨產品生態圈經營，透過數位獲客、客戶經營、產品管理與平 台優化，持續提升客戶規模、資產成長、平台活躍度及客戶體驗，打造具市場競爭力之數位金融平台。
- 制定Karry數位客群經營策略及年度發展計畫，推動數位獲客、客戶活躍及資產成長目標達成。
- 規劃Karry客群價值定位(Value Proposition)、產品權益及跨產品生態圈經營策略， 以提升客戶黏著度及整體客戶價值。
- 督導Karry行銷活動規劃、成效追蹤及數據分析，持續優化客群經營模式與經營成效。
- 主導Karry數位平台用戶旅程、產品功能、訂價策略及平台優化規劃，協調相關單位推動開發與維運。

### 領導團隊推動跨部門專案合作，監控關鍵經營指標及資源運用成效，以確保平台經營目標達成 需求條件說明
- 1. 7年以上銀行金融領域相關工作經驗。 2. 5年以上數位金融、數位平台經營、客群經營、產品企劃或數位行銷相關工作經驗。 3. 具數位帳戶、數位金融平台、金融科技或客戶成長(Growth)相關實務經驗。 4. 具科級以上主管或大型跨部門專案管理經驗尤佳。

- 銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗合格。
- 金融市場常識與職業道德測驗合格。
- 具金融科技相關證照尤佳。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
