## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 營運管理/Operations and Corporate Services (Job Family) Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 本職務旨在制定與管理營運作業相關制度與流程，確保作業流程、操作系統及風險管理機制的有效運作。並督導子公司營運管理事項，以提升整體營運效率與風險控管能力。此外，亦負責規劃、管理及執行集團永續發展及營運管理相關專案。 本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities) (一) 負責擬定營運政策、流程設計、作業系統、銷售支援、風險管理及其他與營運流程相關事項。 (二) 負責規劃與推動營運作業簡化、自動化與營運作業效率等專案規劃與推動，及相關專案成效。 (三)負責規劃、管理及執行集團永續發展及營運管理相關專案。

基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education):大學以上 工作經驗 (work experience): 金融機構作業管理相關經驗十年以上 專業能力 (professional capabilities): 具備專案管理能力 專業證照 (professional license): 內控證照、具專案管理證照者尤佳 語言能力 (language):英文能力 其他 (others): 良好的溝通協調能力，邏輯性佳，並熟悉 Windows、Excel、PPT 等工具 熟悉MS365及相關自動化工具者尤佳 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
