## Job description

### Job Description

Upload / Process of trades after market closed (all markets)
- Resolve trade issues before exchanges cut-off time
- Perform trade amendment
- Maintain brokerage / commission rate setup in back office system
- Maintain instrument data in back office system Trades reconciliation Liaising with foreign brokers for trade related matters Posting of journal entries into the back office system Involve in BCP, PPM Update & BackOffice related system projects, Back up evening shift in Futures Team
- Handle daily customers’ funds movements
- Retrieve trade files from various exchanges ( SGX, JPX, and HKFE), upload and process in CTMS system
- Perform close out in CTMS and in exchange’s platform.
- Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on next business day
